The Written Word....
is a physical and visual extension and expression of our spirituality, our heart's feelings, our responses to our five senses in relation to positive or negative external influences.
We have feelings then thoughts which are personally precious to us and when conveyed to others on paper, is a sharing of experiences which may intentionally evoke a positive special resonance and connection to others. This is all about ulimately 'giving and receiving' love from one's spirit-heart to another.
It is with this premise that I find writing especially cathartic, as after careful consideration and editing, I'm able to articulate feelings and thoughts in a much clearer way than using my voice. Also, the art of physically writing on paper I find especially creatively satisfying, tactile and palpable. It naturally espresses and stills my vibration and frequency.
This may be the case for you as well, especially if you have something dear to your heart to convey which requires much more quiet contemplation. It's literally 'feeling and thinking' how best to put things before we speak!
Certainly 'taking time out' to write one's feelings out or to read a novel is especially heart warming and a very nurturing and relaxing healing thing to do for oneself.
My favourite books thus far have been 'The Seven Sisters' by Lucinda Riley which at times I just couldn't put down so was reading until 2am some nights! And of course true to my Spirit-Heart in that case I particularly enjoy romance novels.
Love is what makes us, has made us and the world go around, so from my heart to yours I hope and trust you will 'take time out' to curl up with your favourite book any old time but especially before bed of a night with your spirit-heart in a perfect 'state of heartsease' encompassing the medicinal and edible virtues of the heartsease viola flower, to read and inspire your heart-mind, sleep deeply, dream big and heal to wellness.
Enjoy and savour placing your individually handcrafted linen 'Heartsease Book Mark' embellished with swarofski crystals (hand sewn with my Great Aunt's english thread) and the first four lines of a poem I wrote on the back, to raise your vibration and mirror the 'gem' within you and the gem of the book you happen to be reading.
